Terms & Policies

These terms explain how WayaVPN works, what we provide, what we do not guarantee, how your privacy is handled, and the rules that apply when using our VPN, OpenVPN, proxy, points, and subscription services.

1. Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WayaVPN services, including VPN access, OpenVPN profiles, pay-as-you-go access, proxy services, points, subscriptions, and downloads.

WayaVPN provides access to residential VPN routes, OpenVPN-based connectivity, and supported proxy products subject to available balance, account status, system configuration, and network availability. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms.

  • Credits, points, subscriptions, and generated access are platform-controlled digital services. Purchased points are intended for use within the WayaVPN ecosystem.
  • Purchased points do not expire unless otherwise clearly stated for a specific product or promotion. Free or earned promotional points may be limited, restricted, or expire according to the applicable offer.
  • Points transfers, generated OpenVPN access, proxy generation, and other account actions are your responsibility. You should verify details before confirming any action.
  • Subscription plans, standard OpenVPN access, and standard proxy access may each have their own validity, session limits, device limits, or usage rules depending on the product involved.
  • We may add, remove, replace, or modify VPN servers, routes, locations, supported ISPs, OpenVPN files, proxy endpoints, product features, prices, or service logic at any time as part of normal operations, maintenance, anti-abuse protection, or business updates.
  • We do not guarantee that every third-party platform, website, streaming service, workplace tool, or app will accept or continue accepting traffic routed through our network.
  • You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, harmful automation, attacks, or conduct that disrupts our infrastructure, partners, or other users.
  • We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where abuse, chargeback risk, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

Important: Using a VPN, OpenVPN profile, or proxy does not mean a third-party platform will always treat the connection as acceptable, residential, local, or trusted for its own policy purposes.

2. Privacy Policy

We are committed to minimizing stored personal data and protecting account information.

Our goal is to operate a privacy-conscious service while still keeping enough account information to provide billing, support, authentication, and platform functionality.

We do not intentionally store browsing activity logs such as:

  • Browsing history
  • Website content you view
  • Application-level traffic content
  • Full connection activity records for what you do online through the service

We may store limited operational or account-related data needed to run the platform, such as:

  • Account identity details you provide, such as name and email address
  • Points balances, purchases, withdrawals, transfers, and transaction references
  • Subscription status, expiry dates, generated service credentials, and related provisioning records
  • Support ticket messages and account support history
  • Security, abuse-prevention, fraud-monitoring, payment verification, and service health information

We use this limited information to authenticate users, deliver access, respond to support issues, process purchases, prevent abuse, and keep the service functioning correctly.

We only aim to keep the minimum data needed for account operation, payment handling, support, service reliability, and anti-abuse enforcement.

3. Refund Policy

Please review this section carefully before purchasing points or other digital access products.

All sales of points, digital service access, generated credentials, subscriptions, and related platform products are generally final.

Because these are digital services and can be provisioned or consumed immediately, we do not offer refunds simply because a user changes their mind, chooses not to use the service, or finds that a particular third-party site or platform does not behave as expected.

  • Points purchases are final.
  • Generated standard OpenVPN or proxy access is final once provisioned.
  • Subscription purchases are final once activated.
  • Transfers between users are final once completed.

We provide lower-cost entry options and limited trial-style opportunities where available so users can test and evaluate before making larger purchases.

By purchasing points or activating paid service on the platform, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Service Availability

We work to keep services online, but network products naturally depend on infrastructure and external conditions.

We aim to keep advertised VPN routes, OpenVPN files, residential paths, supported ISPs, and proxy-enabled locations available as consistently as possible. However, uptime and exact route availability can be affected by maintenance, upstream changes, partner conditions, ISP behavior, anti-abuse controls, or technical incidents.

Some locations may become temporarily unavailable, may rotate, or may be replaced. In certain cases, connections may fail, route differently, or require regeneration of credentials or profiles.

If a selected server, route, or location is unavailable, a connection may fail rather than connect as expected. Where fallback or alternate routing exists, traffic may be served through available alternatives.

If your use case is sensitive to exact geography, exact ISP presentation, exact session behavior, or strict location matching, you should independently verify the resulting IP or route after connecting.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
  • We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific server or location.
  • We do not guarantee that every profile, ISP, or route will remain active indefinitely.
  • We reserve the right to rotate, replace, or withdraw routes as needed.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform in a way that harms the network, other users, our partners, or third parties. Prohibited uses include fraud, spam, abuse, attacks, unlawful conduct, impersonation, payment abuse, or attempts to overload, bypass, scrape, or compromise the platform.

We may suspend access, revoke generated credentials, block routes, or terminate accounts where we reasonably detect abuse, chargeback risk, or conduct that threatens system integrity.
